Joining the support session

To join a support session from the Pre-Session Form:

  1. Follow the instructions given in the support session invitation.
  2. On the Pre-Session Form, either enter the provided support session number, if necessary, or select the support representative name from the drop-down list (if this feature is enabled on the Support Center Web site).
  3. Enter the remaining required information.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. The Remote Support page appears.

  6. Keep the Remote Support page open throughout the support session.
