Joining the support session
To join a support session from the Pre-Session Form:
- Follow the instructions given in the support session invitation.
- On the Pre-Session Form, either enter the provided support session number, if necessary, or select the support representative name from the drop-down list (if this feature is enabled on the Support Center Web site).
- Enter the remaining required information.
- Click Submit.
The Remote Support page appears.
- Keep the Remote Support page open throughout the support session.
